Delivery Cost
Delivery cost for each order to be deilvered anywhere in Australia is $10.00.

Product Information
Most of the products displayed on our website are available in our showroom, but in some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on this site may not be available from the showroom. The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Australian Dollars and are valid and effective only in Australia. All merchandise has been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available. A failure by a supplier to deliver in accordance with description or at all, or other unintentional causes, may result in some lines being unavailable. Prices quoted are applicable only while stocks last. Percentage savings shown are off supplier recommended retail prices (RRP). Home Couture reserves the right to correct errors, omissions and misprints. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only, we do try our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Cedar Hospitality Supplies harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.
Returns Policy
At Cedar Hospitality Supplies, our aim is to offer customer satisfaction and we take great care with packaging all our parcels for shipment. We realize accidents and errors do happen. Please notify us within 48 hours of signing for your parcel of any concerns you may have. Cedar will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.
Returns & Exchanges
You may only return an item purchased on our web site by mail to our warehouse address. Returns must be arranged and pre-authorised and pending inspection, a refund, credit or exchange will be issued to you for the value of the item. We do not accept returns based on not being happy with a purchase. If you receive a product in good condition and working order then a return cannot be arranged as a result of not liking the product. We will then refer you to the importer / supplier of the product to take up the issue directly with them. We will only accept a claim for damaged goods if we are notified within 48 hours and following our instructions, the parcel is to be returned to us within 7 days of signing for your parcel.
Important: Please keep all the original packaging as refunds, replacements and exchanges will only be valid if you have the original packaging of the item you have either purchased or received.
Unfulfilled Orders
With orders that cannot be fulfilled the purchaser will be notified with regards to when the order will be fulfilled subject to the availability of the product/s purchased. Alternative products will be suggested to substitute the product in question. Alternatively a full refund will be available as an option
Incorrectly Addressed Orders
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, as parcels which are returned to Cedar Hospitality Supplies as undeliverable will incur additional postage costs plus a $10 administration fee.
Important: All Postage & Delivery fees are non-refundable. Postage fees are the responsability of the purchaser in both sending and receiving. To return an item by mail prior arrangements must be made with Cedar by phoning (03) 9387 4455.
Please Note: Refunds, Credits or Exchanges for unwanted goods will not be accepted after 2 months from your date of purchase
